Order Tracking

We ship from multiple fulfillment centers to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The closest center to your location is selected automatically.

Shipping Delays

We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing an order — it's the best way to avoid a delay.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 5 days. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue so you're never left out of pocket.

International Duties & Taxes
